PROCESS OF TRANSACTION – OFFTAKERS

  1. Sign an SPA with potential buyers after certified KYC from Asianic
  2. Transfer the agreed amount of gold purchase into GoldBod/Asianic Account in Ghana
  3. A minimum of 5-working days is given for the supply of gold and export
  4. Documentations and export charges executed by Asianic
  5. Export is done through Goldbod to buyer destination.

Process Of Transaction – SUPPLIERS  

  1. Suppliers comes to Asianic Ghana Office for a meeting and inspection
  2. Mode of payment is agreed
  3. SPA is signed
  4. Invoice of transaction on agreed quantity is generated by the supplier to Asianic Ghana Ltd.
  5. Gold is brought to Asianic Office for assay and assay report generated
  6. Payment is made to supplier after assay report


All gold transactions are conducted in Ghanaian cedis.
