PROCESS OF TRANSACTION – OFFTAKERS
- Sign an SPA with potential buyers after certified KYC from Asianic
- Transfer the agreed amount of gold purchase into GoldBod/Asianic Account in Ghana
- A minimum of 5-working days is given for the supply of gold and export
- Documentations and export charges executed by Asianic
- Export is done through Goldbod to buyer destination.
Process Of Transaction – SUPPLIERS
- Suppliers comes to Asianic Ghana Office for a meeting and inspection
- Mode of payment is agreed
- SPA is signed
- Invoice of transaction on agreed quantity is generated by the supplier to Asianic Ghana Ltd.
- Gold is brought to Asianic Office for assay and assay report generated
- Payment is made to supplier after assay report
All gold transactions are conducted in Ghanaian cedis.
