ASIANIC GHANA OPERATIONS AS A LICENSED SELF AGGREGATOR
This Licence is granted by the Ghana Gold Board(“Goldbod”) pursuant to the Ghana Gold Board Act, 2025 (Act 1140) to authorise the Licensee to operate as a Self-Financing Aggregator in gold trading sector within areas approved by the Goldbod, subject to the Act, regulations made under the Act, these conditions and all applicable Goldbod policies and directives. Asianic Ghana Ltd is a wholly Ghanaian owned, international integrated precious metals company licensed by Ghana Gold Board with a license as a Self-Financing Aggregator with a license No: GGB/SFA/SF0026/380/25 and downstream gold sector in Ghana and across the globe.
LICENSE SCOPE
The license entitles the licensee to buy and aggregate gold from licensed traders or miners with financing from the licensee for onward sale to Goldbod or export to its off takers through Goldbod.
